Founders rates — Starter plan only
The first 13 contractors to activate in each city can qualify for a founding Base rate on the Starter plan: first 3 pay $150/mo, next 5 pay $210/mo, next 5 pay $270/mo — while the membership runs continuously and remains in good standing under the accepted terms. The rate moves with you if you relocate; cancelling ends it, and rejoining later is at the standard price.
